Tuna and Swiss Sloppy Joes

Ingredients:
- 1 185g can Gold Seas Yellowfin Tuna Chunks in Olive Oil
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 small can sliced mushroom
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup swiss cheese (grated)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 Burger Buns
- Basil (for garnish)
Procedure:
- In a saute pan, heat the oil and cook the tuna, onions, and mushroom. Set aside.
- Using the same pan, melt the butter and cook flour in it.
- Mix in the milk and garlic powder. Add cheese and stir until melted and thick.
- Combine the cheese mixture with the tuna mixture.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Scoop a generous amount onto the burger bun.
- Garnish with basil.
TIP: Instead of using burger buns, use dinner rolls. Your kids will love the bite size version of this gooey sandwich.
